Andrew Pern, AKA Mr P, Executive Chef/Director, Chef/Owner of the Michelin-starred Star Inn at Harome and Executive Chef/Director, The Star Inn the City, York. Andrew Pern’s quirky 80-cover venture at 71 Low Petergate offers something for everyone: small plates from around the world to taste along with a glass (or two) of something different and ambience by the barrel load, to sate your curiosity and appetite.
The location is an atmospheric (allegedly haunted) Grade II* listed building, parts of which date back to the same era as The Shambles, although the majority of the construction was completed in the early C17th.
